CTIL Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of erstwhile Computer to Learn Ltd is venturing into solar and thermal power generation.
The company is a Infrastructure arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Compulearn Tech setting up 405 MWs Coal Fired Thermal Power Project near JIRAL Village, Bhuban block, Kamakhayanagar, Tahasil, Dhenkanal District, Orissa State.
Combined Application for single window clearance of the project submitted to Industrial promotion and Investment Corporation of Orissa Ltd. (IPICOL) Orissa is in advanced stage of the process.
Secretarial for Industrial Assistance (SIA), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has acknowledged proposal to set up the project. Final approval from IPICOL, Orissa is awaited.
In 2014, the company CTIL has received an approval for disinvestment of the entire 100% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary – CTIL Infrastructure. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 14, 2014 has approved for the same.
