About the Company :
Lanco Anpara Power Ltd, a subsidiary of Lanco Power , is setting up a Coal fired thermal power project won through Competitive bidding under Electricity Act 2003, with two subcritical units of 600 MW each, located near Anpara in Uttar Pradesh. The project had been commissioned.
The project has a PPA with UPPCL for 1100 MW and TANGEDCO for the remaining 100 MW. The applicable tariff for the company got revised as per the UPERC order dated November 23, 2015. The company is entitled to receive additional compensatory tariff of Rs. 0.226/Kwh (levelised tariff) with effect from November 23, 2015 to the PPA period.
