About the Company :
Mantri Realty Limited, a Mumbai based company is planning to come up with a 540 MW power plant at Bela village, about 40 kms away from the city.
The facility will be set up in two phases, entailing an investment of Rs 1,200 crore and Rs 1,500 crore respectively. The company has allied with Nitin Gadkari-headed Purti Group which has a 25% stake in Mantri Power Limited-a subsidiary formed to set up the power plant. Mantri Power along with Purti Group, has acquired 100 acres of land at the Bela village.
