About the Company :
Moser Baer Projects Private Limited (MBPPL) (now known as Hindustan Power Projects Pvt Ltd ) was incorporated with the vision to become a leading energy developer in India. It is one of the fastest growing integrated power companies in India, operating across a synergetic span of verticals comprising Power Generation, Power Trading, EPC, Development and Renewables (Solar).
In April 2016, the company had commissioned its first phase of 1200 MW units in Annupur in Madhya Pradesh. It had also commissioned a 30 MW solar power project in Mansa in Punjab
In October 2016, the company have set up a single-location solar power plant of 31.5 MW at Mirpur Lalan village in Mansa district of Punjab through its subsidiaries Bhanu Energy Infrastructure and Power.
In May 2017, the company had commissioned a 10 MW solar power plant in Sherghati in Bihar with an investment of Rs. 810 million. The PPA for the project had been signed with State Power Holding Corporation and power is evacuated through 33 kV Sherghati substation
