About the Company :
Navayuga Group is venturing into power generation in a big way by building an installed capacity of about 6,000 MW. The portfolio includes both thermal power as well as hydroelectric power generation projects. The company is developing a coal based 1980 MW mega thermal power project at Krishnapatnam near the Krishnapatnam Port in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.
The power project will comprise 2 units of 660 MW supercritical power generating units in phase I and another 660 MW supercritical generating unit in Phase II. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be commissioned during 2018.
