GAIL and Government of Andhra Pradesh is setting up a LNG regassification terminal in Kakinada is likely to be completed by December 2013.
The floating and regasification terminal will help to ease the gas shortage situation, as the terminal will release 14 mmscmd of gas. The key will be price which will include import cost, liquefaction and evacuation cost.
